Mycenae was the second stop on the coach tour my husband and I took this past May and June. Mycenae is an ancient acropolis where King Agamemnon ruled (commander in chief during the famous Trojan War which used the infamous Trojan Horse). It is said he was killed by his wife and her lover in the bathroom here (being reconstructed).... more
