The views are amazing, so many lovely flowers, small paths and the conservatory is just faboulous. The little cafe is very nice, great cake and organic soft drinks. Will absolutely go again. More

Not on a huge scale, that you might find in Kew gardens or RHS Wisley in the UK, but very beautiful. It's located next door to Rosenborg Castle, and enclosed with a glasshouse complex, lake, and surrounding landscaped gardens. You can climb up the spiral iron viewing staircase in the glasshouse to get a different perpective on the plants etc.... More

This is a real treasure. I walked through for the first time recently and find it hard to believe its as centrally located because its so tranquil. Beautiful hills and a lake, some natural planting including wild garlics, pines and ferns as well as more formal areas. More

Yes,for free! There is a lot of reconstruction going on now but we were able to see the beautiful tropical palms and plants in the Palmhouse, and lots of pretty flowers outside. A nice quiet getaway. More

'Popped in' whilst en route to Rosenberg Palace. Not expecting much but was amazed. Free entrance to this attraction. Inter-linked victorian hot houses with many exotic plant species and iron spiral staircase to ceiling viewing gallery. Felt like we were in the tropics. One contains butterflies, fish pools and frogs in brazillian rain forrest environment. Dont miss the rare plant... More

The Botanical Gardens in Copenhagen is a wonderful place right in the heart of the city. Having been there many, many times, I often wonder why so few tourists go there. It is a place of tranquility and beauty. And you can get a decent kuppa coffee, super icecream and sandwiches inside as well. More

Parts of the garden is going through a major refurbishment estimated to be finished later on this year. A part from that the garden is a lovely place for a walk and a quite moment. More

That's right. No charge. Make time to go inside the Palm House and, hopefully, the tropical butterflies will be on the wing. More
