We visited the museum on June 10, 2009, after our visit to The Little Mermaid. It's a short distance from there and using our map found it quite easily. After reading a children's book, Number the Stars, by Lois Lowry many years ago to my students, I have wanted to see this museum. It was busy with several school groups... more

A chance to find out how the Danes resisted the Nazi invasion across Europe is excellent. The museum is free to go into and houses a collection of things from the 2nd World war, including home made missiles, letters, medals, and guns. It is an insight into the resistance, and the most intersting part was the Nazi supporters in Denmark... more
