My family and I would always choose this church over any other church in Denmark.
Personally I'm not the most religious person in the world, but I somehow always find a mysterious peace, when I'm in Holmens Church.
The church was built by King Christian 4th and it was and still is devoted to the Navy. It faces the canal...

This was a beautiful church worth seeing on our way to Christiansborg. Very beautiful interior. No admission charge. There are cards and postcards available for a very small donation.

This is another interesting church building, near Christianborg Palace. You're bound to walk by it. When I was there (Sept 2007) the interior was closed since it was under rennovation.
