walked from the port. say the little mermaid. Most things closed on Monday. Do look for the observatory attached to the church just of the shopping street right at the fountain, it is also called the round house. Take Kronas or visit the ATM as the bakery as some delights. More

If you are into architecture this is a nice place to go. Just go inside and have a look. See the little courtyard. More

The architectural details (Nyrop) are very nice. Also inside it is beautiful. I was married in it. More

Built by the architect Poul Nyrup - you will enjoy the details, a dog on a wall, lightning made as floweres, rich decorated. And then the big Clock if you are fore this sort of amusement. More

Please do put aside a few hours to wander around the City Hall. The amazinf decorations, Jens Olsens World Clock and the Tower with stunning views of idyllic Copenhagen are all fascinating. Try to see if you can find the pillars with the mice and the owls. Modelled over the city hall of Ravenna, Italy More

It's there. It's a city hall. Nice exterior, but all in all, not that exciting because it's a city hall. Unless you're really into bureaucratic offices. More

The plaza is always full of events and characters, so the building is a charming backdrop of old Copenhagen. And the clock and facade are fascinating features. We were there for the iron man triathlon; great spirit and a mass of humanity ready to bike/swim/run no matter the weather. Never went into the building for the tour, just enjoyed the... More

I read that the City Hall is one of the places that I shouldn't miss in Copenhagen. But, there's nothing inside the City Hall beside the large hall with lots of Denmark flags. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit the City Hall if they don't have many times to spare in Copenhagen. More

Interesting building, it's all about the location. Right in the center, well, it makes it the center! Great place to meet with others, take pictures, walk around. More

The City Hall has a big room on the first floor and the most interesting part is the tower. There is no lift so you must walk up for 300 steps. But then you can have a fantastic view of the town. More
