“What a great place.”

I had read about this place and so we took a daytrip from Stockholm and included Taxinge Castle and it's cake buffet into to the trip. Wonderful cakes, beautiful surroundings. I am happy we didn't come in the busy season though, the dining room was packed and fairly small. More

Taxinge Castle isn't really a castle, it's an estate with a manor house. In Swedish these are also called castles.
