I always prefer to visit the places where people do not go. I had the rest of Nationalmuseum all by myself, the old Swedish design, furniture, anitque and paintings. This was definitely the most expensive museum I visited in Sweden. While the prices weren't outrageous, 100 SEK for students/seniors and 120 SEK for adults compared to the 50-60 SEK I paid in other museums seemed worth noting. This museum is actually smaller than it looks on the outside. We enjoyed the audioguides, which enhanced the experience. More

Amazing building housing a very eclectic mix of art, furniture and installations, well worth a visit. More

A must see stop if you are in Stockholm. Just beware that you cannot go through the museum with a backpack on. You must leave it in the lockers. More
