It was a cold rainy day when we went to Millesgarden, but I still enjoyed it. Wonderful place to visit for the art enthusiast. Amazing bronze sculptures. Young children will easily get bored unless they enjoy art work. You can spent an entire day walking through the beautiful wooded park surrounded by bronze statues. Plan a picnic lunch or eat at the cafateria in the park. Transportation is easy. We were staying at Best Western Premier Foresta which was almost next door to this formal sculptured garden. Although more for the art lover there was enough variety here to make for a relaxing afternoon. Excellent placement of house, gardens and, of course, the excellent sculpture. One should devote, at least, a day to enjoy and study the neighborhood, house(s) museum and exhibits. This is a wonderful sculpture garden and museum.There is a vast array of work by Carl Milles, and it is beautifully displayed in his former home and gardens.
