Had a 8 hour stop over so decided to get into the City Reykjavik and walk about abit. Despite the rain I managed to find the Sun Voyager-quite unique design, pity it wasn't sunny but happy to see this landmark non-the-less. Definately worth seeing, i can only imagine how beautiful it looks on a sunny day :) more

I liked the sculpture, I was pleased to have it as part of my harbor photo. My partner, on the other hand, thought it was "too literal" and didn't think it was worth a stop. That being said, he still took pictures of it. :-) more

A very cool sculpture of the skeleton of a viking ship. Definitely worth a look. Great for photos! We spent 20 mins here, easily could have spent more, but it was too cold! If you go in winter, be careful! The ground around the Sun Voyager sculpture is black polished marble and VERY slippery! more
