The church towers over the landscape in the city and the iconic architecture draws you there. Reykjavik is a very walkable city and this church is a fantastic place to visit - especially when it's a clear-sky day. From the top of the tower (small fee required), the view of the city is a memorable one. Nice organ inside too... More

A neat stop on your tour around Reykjavick. The outisde is very impresive, inside is pretty basic and non-discript. Did not elect to pay to go up in the tower. More

Beautiful outside and in. We photographed the outside then went inside and saw the beautiful organ. The gift shop was closed so there was a bin to leave cash to ride to the top in the elevator. Amazing view of the city from above. Highly recommended. More

Visited on a cold day in April and how warm the church was! Also fortunate that the organist was practising on the stunning organ. The building is made of concrete but is fantastic and so light and airy. We attended an Anglican service on the last Sunday and were made very welcome. A MUST to visit in Reykjavik. More

The exterior of the church makes it a very beautiful place to take photos. There is an observation deck at the time of the church i think which you need to pay to enter. This is a big landmark in reykjavik and it is a must go. More
