My wife and were fortunate enough to have a tour of the farm and vineyards with Joseph as our guide. His wealth of fascinating knowledge was keenly interesting and the taste of the products his farm and vineyards produce was incomparable. I had been disappointed in my quest to find the real Mediterranean flavor here on Gozo but found it...
