Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The shop is amazing. I really support this vision to be friendly to ourself and to the nature. The are all kinds of product in which I can get lost easily. The service was excellent! This place is really heart warming!

The soaps are amazing and the staff really look into each aspect of the products when it comes to sustainability. The only issue I have is with the use of plastics in the products, which could definitely be reduced... rather than that, even when asked about the use of palm oil or why there are no conditioner bars (only shampoo) I received well informed, logical replies. Highly recommend it and the soaps are lovely!

Made 2 visits to the Soap Cafe during our week in Malta. I bought some tailor made lotion for my feet. The lotion was really soothing especially after a long walking up and down steps/hills. I also had a lot of dry skin which has improved since using the lotion.
The 2nd visit I decided to treat my dogs. I bought some Shampooch. I also had some calming lotion made for my dog who gets very stressed with fireworks.
There is a good choice of products and some lovely unique gift ideas at a reasonable price. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Found out about this tiny shop from another local business ‘Souvenirs that don’t suck’.
It’s a little difficult to find so have the address to hand and keep your eyes peeled.
They make and sell a selection of naturally scented soap, bath bombs and a few other little bits. Not a massive amount of stuff but a nice selection. Their products aren’t tested on animals. I found it a bit pricey (€6 for a soap and around €5 for a bath bomb) but make a lovely gift to take back home.
Opening times are Mon to Fri 16.30 - 19.30 and Sat 10.30 -13.30.

This place is one of the only shops in Malta where you get to buy natural beauty, hand made products like soaps, bath bombs and personal care stuff.

Apart from the lovely scent, and sweet setting, this shop is filled with a good feel factor in the air..the staff are sweet and helpful..it shows that they are genuinely in love with what they are doing..the staff are also experts in the field and so you don't just get to buy your products, you are also given expert advice as their use and benefits.

This shop is a true gem in the heart of Sliema for locals and tourists alike, also because it promotes local, original, handmade little stuff which you won' find anywhere else.

I went to Malta on a family vacation to visit family. I found this place on TripAdvisor and new I had to visit. Their hours are a bit crazy, but easy to fit into your schedule. It's a small store front with a fantastic amount of soaps, oils, lotions, gift baskets, bath bombs, and smells. The soap was reasonably priced, ranging from 4 euros and up. I walked away with 55 euros of soap. The staff was great. Three people were there when I walked in. Two were wrapping bars of soap and the other was standing by at the check out area. They got me a basket, asked if I needed help a few times, and offered to gift wrap my purchase at checkout. I was thrilled when he told me that I can purchase soap online! I have not yet used the soap, but can't wait to. If you're in Malta for any reason make sure you visit this little shop.

We called in here for a couple of Halloween themed candles for our daughter, not too expensive. Plenty to see for a small shop, served by a pleasant girl. Only open between 16.30 and 19.30hrs.
