We can honestly say that the village and famagusta bus tours are the best we have been on and we have been visiting Cyprus for many years.as well as being very funny, Alan put all the info on these tours over so well you can imagine yourself being there when things were happening. the village-famagusta tours I found very moving,... We had a fortnight in Protarus and this was one of our best days out.Bus stops outside Vangelis hotel and then you spend a couple of hours on an open top double decker tour of the surrounding area .The tour guide was a chap named Alan who has lived on the island for a few years and knows the place... If you are staying in the Protaras area then the Red Bus trips are a great way to get out of the resorts, see something of the real Cyprus and learn a bit about the country, its people and its history. Whilst being informative, these trips are also fun, so don't think it'll be like a lecture on wheels! The... More

Me and the Mrs went on both the Village Tour and the Famagusta trip. We had heard so many good comments that we booked both without going on one of them first. The tour guide uses a mike and speaker system as you would expect. I've been on many buses and coaches where you can barely hear what is said... More

We got picked up at 10:15 from Kapparis and was dropped of at 15:30. The tour costs 26 Euros each although this is one of the cheapest prices for this excursion it is by far the best! You can choose when booking to sit on the top or the bottom of the bus. We sat at the top of the... More
