When I went there (November) the mosque was closed, and no opening times were shown at all. Despite this, the mosque is in a beautiful location by the salt lake and it's worth a detour, in the road from Larnaca to the airport. More

Hala Sultan Tekke is in an amazing location just on the banks of the great Larnaca Salt Lake. This year the lake was full of water, something that I had not seen for years, and the famous flamingos were fishing in it. So near to Larnaca town centre that it would be a great shame to miss out this little gem. Great views of the salt lake and surrounding landscape and, particularly in the winter months, of the flamingoes. Great place for photography. More
