The museum is not the best I've been to, but it's worth the visit because of the castle. Good views of Larnaca from the upper walk. There is a pass valid for the main sites in Cyprus including the museums, it costs €17 and it's great value for money. The problem is that you can only buy it at Nicosia. More

Lovely views over the sea from the top. Worth the entry price of just over a euros to go in. Great cannons and guns and the flowers were lovely in the gardens. Nice toilets . More

Located on the sea front at the western end of Athens Avenue (far end of one way street). Small fort with roof top views. Pleasant internal courtyard with ancient cannons as well as WW2 german field artillery. Small museum within a series of rooms. Check out the opening hours before you visit. No parking, best to visit on foot. More

A small museum, conjures up images of the crusades, but not sure that it was there in those days. More

The Fort is on the beachfront, at the end of the beach called Finikoudes. Worth having a look but nothing special if you have seen a fort like this before. The Museum is in a different part of the city, and again if you havent seen a museum covering the same period then yes it is worth a look, although... More
