What a gem! This winery simply has Cyprus's best looking tasting room, very professional and very clean production facility, and, best of all, beautifully stacked wine cellar (8 meters under ground with over hundred thousand bottles). Read the previous reviews, and decided to take a look and drove to Platres (35 min. from Limassol). Apart from the much cooler temperatures up in the Troodos mountains, the winery looked like a million dollars ( especially having visited some wineries in Cyprus before). It gets pretty hot in Cyprus in the summer. So, in order to escape the heat, my husband and I went to the Troodos mountains. It was only 40 min. by car and what a difference! No humidity, no smog...
