lovely village lot to see ,dont miss all the little streets and wine tasting.

Worth seeing this place. Ladies still sit outside making lace and there is much to buy, even in January. Visited the monastery which has some 'interesting' relics.

A little too much tourist geared for my liking. Did not seem to put of anyone and general comments are very positive. Very neat and pretty, lots of small tourist shops and nice cafes, nice village square. Lots of wine tasting restaurants. Worth a visit ...

Found this village somewhat soulless, we were disappointed...too much tourist stuff. Having said that, most of my guests found it mildly interesting and had good meals at the little village winery Taverna.

was here 10 yrs ago, and the place has gone downhill, nothing much to see or do, and the prices for food is a disgrace.

Omodos is in the middle of the wine producing area of Limassol and this is obvious by the vineyards you see on the way to the village. Many small wineries are around thi sarea as well, so wine tasting is a great option. Once in the village, you will be impressed by the old village square paved with pebbles, many... More

Overrated - this is one of the many Cypiot villages - small, with no attractions... I do not really understand why people recommend it for a visit! i would prefer visiting Lofou, or better Kakopetria, or Anogira.. there are many other much better villages... nothing really precious in Omodos!

This is a must for arts and crafts people. The lace that is made there is not torchon lace (which I hoped it would be) but needle lace, lovely work.. There are all sorts of quaint shops - a mus visit.
