Spent a very interesting and intriguing time at this site which was larger than we expected. Well worth buying the book to give you a bit of an idea at what you are looking at for a small price. Entrance fee is minimal. Would recommend this site and you can catch the 10 bus drops you right outside. more

Really enjoyed the visit here but I wish I'd gone earlier in the day when it wasn't so hot. As a result we only spent about an hour here so we didn't get to explore the whole area. The entrance fee is now 1.70 euros (as were many other attractions we visited)and we considered this very reasonable! I won't write... more

I really enjoyed our visit to the Tombs of the Kings, but to echo the other reviewers, it is very hot and dusty - take lots of water. I see some people spent all morning or 4 hours there - personally I think an hour or two is long enough, although the site is quite big, you don't need to... more

If visiting in the summer arrive early as it gets very hot indeed and it can then get tiring. It took the whole morning to go round and was very enjoyable. This is a fantastic attraction. Seeing all the caves and Tombs is something you dont get to see everyday. It is definalty worth a visit! more

Would like to add my support to the two previous comments posted. We visited the Tombs of the Kings during mid Jan07, and found the site to be just brilliant!
