Needs to have designated foot paths as both myself and another lady slipped on wet mud and both injured ourselves..you are just left to roam where you want...edges of tombs are not fenced off so really quite dangerous..Just felt it lacked something.
A great place and you can walk all over the site and explore al day if you wish
Some impressive tombs that really show how the other half lived, and died, in ancient times. If this kind of thing doesnt interest you then no amount of reviews will affect anything but they are well worth the effort to walk around, even on a hot afternoon.
Car park well laid out and gardens well kept. All well maintained and organised.
only Euros 1.70. Unfortunately no info against each tomb, but teh tombs are incredible - a bit like a basivc valley of the kings. They do not knoew much about the toms which is prob why not too muh info on them
You may want this trip when it is not so hot, there is no shade there
The site is free to access on a Sunday with a bus stop just outside the gate
This was great walking round the site so still and surreal I had read about them before it was interesting to see the tombs first hand
far bigger than we though it was going to be, you have to be quite fit to go down into the tombs, but you still get a great view from ground level
