I got to see this cathedral on September 23, 2008. I found this cathedral to be very beautiful. It was also fascinating because it is the final resting place of Princess Grace. I feel she brought a LOT of class and elegance to Monaco. Her death was a terrible tragedy. It was something to see her grave site and that... more

Even in busy July (2005), The Cathedral of St. Nicholas was not too crowded to enjoy. It requires a nice walk uphill, so maybe that is why it was not more busy. We enjoyed seeing Princess Grace's grave and the lovely mosaics.
