We arrived here on a day visit from Cannes and went straight up from the underground coach park via the elevators, bringing us right alongside the Qceanographic museum. From there it's just a short walk through the well kept must see Gardens of Saint-Martin and Sainte-Barbe, which i might add has some stunning views of the surrounding area around Monaco,... More

Well worth a visit when you are in the old town. Superb decoration and still poignant to stand at the tombs of Princess Grace and Prince Rainier

The cathedral is a very beautiful building, the main point of attraction of course being the graves of Rainier and Grace Kelly. Unfortunately the cathedral is often crowded... when we were there a bus of Italian tourists had just arrived and they were constantly chatting loudly in the cathedral, which was very disturbing. Pay attention to opening times, during services... More

Beautiful church! Final resting place of Princess Grace and Prince Ranier. Ushered out, by attendant who was locking up at 17.55 sharp and door closed behind us.

This is only around 150 years old, but is done in a romaneque style. Very unique, and the Grimaldi family tombs are at the far end of the church. I love the feeling of history, of the wedding of Grace Kelly, and the pride of the ruling family.

It's really neat to see where the Royals get married and see al the old pictures of Grace Kelly. But, other than that, it's nothing special.

The old Saint Nicholas Cathedral, now dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, has the tombs of the Grimaldi family, such as Prince Rainier and Princess Grace. It is placed between Oceanographic Museum and Palace.

Very well kept Cathedral with stained glasses. Next door to the Palais du Justice, and nearby to the Oceanographie Museum.
