It was so wonderful to see the Klimt exhibition (which is what we went for). I enjoyed the other exhibitions as well, however you need a lot of time to explore both of the levels - so plan to spend a few hours! The gardens were beautiful as well.
I found the fees very expensive (as was all of Vienna!),...

Before you buy your ticket, make sure to ask if there are any sections that are closed. I paid 12 Euros for a ticket and was upset to find that 3/4 of the rooms I wanted to see were inaccessible: 1 was covered in plastic for renovations, 1 was shut down for a private party and the other had a...

We visited the Belvedere mainly to see The Kiss and what a treat that was just to sit in front of it and admire it's beauty. The Belvedere has paintings of many other great Artists and is well worth a visit. It is easy to get to on the tramline.
Just stunning. Wonderful galleries and the view and gardens ( a little unkempt are beautiful. An absolute MUST
If you are a lover of Gustav Klimt you will stand so close to the beauty if his work. A lovely place to visit
Went to Upper Belvedere which has an assortment of Viennese art through the centuries. The Klimdt's are obviously the main attractions but some lovely lesser know works. The building itself is a delight in itself which extraordinary sculpture in the main hall and a stunning central space. A couple of fun modern video pieces too. Just remember to get your...

We only had an hour here, which wasn't enough to see more than the Upper Belvedere and its Klimt exhibit. But it was the highlight of my visit. the gardens are lovely and vast, good for a leisurely stroll. It's a bit far from the Sudtiroler Platz subway, 15 minutes maybe? The Sudbahnhof is a bit closer. Gift shop is...

Beautiful palace, lovely grounds, with a small cafe and art exhibitions inside (Miro when we were there). Take a blanket and a picnic, and fall asleep under the sun in the gardens. Lovely.
Not as crowded, when we were there, as many Vienna attractions and definitely worth seeing. Klimt's "The Kiss" is its most famous piece on display but there are several other noteworthy pieces from a mutitude of artists, including Monet. The upper Belvedere is a spectacular building and the grounds are splendid as well. (We did not tour the lower.)
