“Styggevatnet Day Trip - Excellent and Memorable”

We did the long day trip that consisted of kayaking across the glacier, glacier hike and kayak back. It was an excellent day. The tour guides - English guy and Argentinian guy were both excellent... competant, ensured everyones safety and built a good rapport with the group. We joined a day tour to Styggevatnet, which is mixture of Kayak on the lake and walking on the glacier. The nature there was awesome. It reminded us of magnificent nature of this mother Earth. “Day tour to Tunsbergdalsvatnet glacier”

We took a day trip to Tunsbergdalsvatnet glacier and had a great time. At first we kayaked for about 2 hrs across the lake, then hiked to the glacier. There we got glacier hiking shoes & crampons and explored the glacier. The guide was very good, very careful and experienced. Altogether about 10 hours. No experience or special skills needed...
