There are a few stalls selling local smoked salmon and plenty of cooked shrimp. A nice place to catch a snack on a warm sunny day.

Small area in Port..with white tents and fresh seafood sold ..Reminded me of a small San Francisco Wharf.. I don't eat fish..but, for a quick outdoor fresh catch..I think I would buy from them if I was passing by for a quick bite
Great place to sample all kinds of fish or pick up a sandwich or meal to eat on the quay. New glass food hall location opened in the 2 weeks we were gone looks very nice, lots of seating. Still right along the quay. There are also still some of the open air stands
good food stalls, but it's quite cold to eat cold seafood under such a cold weather.
A great place to take photographs and really feel like you're in Norway, as opposed to any other city in the world. Unique and beautiful. Worth the visit.
I wish I purchased more, I tried smoked salmon in Oslo, Helsinki during my trip, nothing like what I had in Bergen.
This is not special at all! overpriced and unhygenic. The people working here knows many different languages though
Up front and personal with various fish and their vendors. Met a young woman working for the summer in order to get home to Argentina.
It is not what it used to be, but I always have a wander through, and usually buy something if I am on my way home
it's worth ambling through it to tick the tourist box, if you want really good fresh fish call at the Kjottbazar nearby though!
