We come here at least twice a month at weekends to have a lovely walk with the dog. Dogs must be kept on the lead which is reassuring if you have little children with you.There is a herd of deer and sheep walking around. loved the park and the natural surrounding, a real highlight of Burghley is not just the house but it's sculpture garden curated by artist Michael Shaw. The exhibition takes place every year in April until November. It's definitely a great opportunity to see good art surrounded by nature or the other way around: see nature surrounded by art!

All i could see on a beautiful sunny day was lots children and adults loving the water garden. The deer were a great favorite with the people eating picnics.
