Staffing levels acceptable, though ages of staff seemed more young; Waiting times for food orders too long; Too much walking involved; Top end prices/not top end food quality!

it was wicked saw some great acts there and slash water world is wicked and accomodation was comfy and warm and spacouse would recomend to anyone it snowed while we were there and still good for things to do in bad weather.

Well worth the money, to go catered. Great breakfasts good choices, great dinners, however could offer more choice night to night.

Overall very good. Had young child of 3 with us and lots of entertainment for him. Always something to do despite constant rain. Would suggest considering half board if you are going self catering and eating at resort restaurants in the evening as this appeared more cost effective. Stayed in Silver accomodation which was good, gold not worth the money.... More
