very surprised at how small it is, very few plant labels in garens, seemed to be more about selling plants in the garden centre there.

Loved everything - from ease of parking, to catering - but then the gardens are something else. There is the famous gravel garden, but so much more. The landscaped original gardens, well laid out, with easy walking.

The garden is like a large private garden - which is what it was - with a wide variety of habitats - woodland, water, formal and informal. A favourite of my late mother in law lots of unusul plants to see very good parking

Quiet calm open beautifully landscaped naturalistic gardens with emphasis on plants. Our second visit and would happily visit several times more. Pleasant tea room, excellent nursery. Planting in all the different types of gardens is amazing (but I would need roses if it was my garden!)

Good disabled access, very nice teas rooms, toilets very clean

Good plant stock and a pleasant cafe. One is able to just visit the cafe.

didn't expect that. A great beautiful place for a quick express bite to eat
