it is what it is,....a zoo. It has an extensive rang e of wildlife to see, the whitle tiger is fantastic. My only complaint would be the very high prices of the food and drink establishments on site. More

Yes it is expensive, but it is worth every penny. Get here early because you will easily spend all day here if you want to see and experience everything. The children loved it when they were small and still love it now as teenagers. More

I love it here, so fun whatever your age! Definately worth going around halloween or christmas as they have special themes! As a zoo it's huge and fantastic, the only thing it falls down on is the quality of the restaurant food, which is seriously lacking. More

This is our closest zoo and have been taking the children here for years, I can highly recommend it for a visit, it is constantly evolving and the entrance fees seem to be wisely used for conservation and improvements.... More

I t personally think that Colchester zoo is okay and not to big and easy to walk around perfect for kids. But could do with a massive update. It's okay. More
