Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great dive lake lots of stuff in it nice easy access up and down the hill by mini bus.
Did my advanced nitrox here. Compressor room was friendly and speedy. There was other stuff going on but can't really remeber what's as was only there for the diving.

Great place to watch or take part in the numerous activities going on! Our son done the fly boarding which was brilliant and we watched from the cafe area. Great staff, beautiful place and a great day out! Couldn't fault the cafe food or the staff in there....so friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Would not recommend. Unhelpful staff and incredibly rude activity host. Less than helpful. No clear instruction and very condescending.

The diving here is great and if you're Tech, you can get your depth. The management however needs to go to charm school. To be fair, I had no interaction with management on the day, and the staff I did meet, Grill Tender, Car Park, minibus operators were great. Top Job Gents!
The Toilet/Change facilities were clean and adequate. They're also doing a good job trying to keep people safe with measures for COVID etc.
The management when trying to organise the trip are not great to be fair. Now there is constant change and flux at the moment regarding bookings and who can make it, who can't, but the booking is a shambles.
Now for the Gripe; Nobody EVER answers the damn phone, there is no ability to leave a message and email replies are inflexible and to be frank, quite curt. I can't speak for others, but I drove 4.5 hours to be there, spent a lot of money and don't think it's too much to ask that management make you feel like your custom is valued and that they will help you in anyway possible. Not so, I'm afraid....... If you're local, it might be worth it, but I can't say I will be rushing back or eager to spend so much money there again.
I need to stress, the day staff I interacted with from the Car Park, Grill, Compressor Room and the minibus drivers were ace, but the management or booking clerk (Kaye) let the side down.

Twin 700 metre zip wires over the water filled quarry so you and a friend can fly down the wires next to each other. Highly recommended.
Looks like they do other interesting things here too!

We booked our staff Xmas party .... at £15 a head with food it seemed a bargain..... we turned up just before 7, it was pouring with rain (not their fault I know!) we were shown to the marquee, it was lovely decorated but absolutely FREEZING!!!! You had to queue up for food.... they come out in courses so each new course came with a new queue ... this was actually ok and the food was actually really nice .... but sat at low tables on benches with no backs in the freezing cold wasn’t my favourite!! We were home and in bed by 10:30! All with hot water bottles!!! Others in our group stayed and said it warmed up later but 3 and half hours in the cold finished me and friends off!

I am terrified of heights but wanted to do this really badly. My so called friend bought it for us and I’m so glad she did!
It was brilliant. No waiting around with time to get nervous, staff were very good and the actual ride was amazing!

Firstly I booked the tickets for the zip line wire ride on groupon. The zip wire itself was alright but over too quick.
The food was cold and greasy and the staff wasn't overly polite. I wouldn't recommend eating here and most certainly would not visit here again.

Hello, sorry for the delay. Dogs are welcome on the site and the View Cafe Bar's outside areas, but are not allowed inside the building itself.

Don't know about check in time but they're lovely there so check in should be fine but ring them to be sure. But my husband who is a local ,recommends you don't walk it. Get a taxi from the station, is not far, but not a good road to walk along.

Are there washing facilities in the wigwams
Yes in the deluxe andVip wigwams. But no washing facilities directly in the standard wigwams, but there is an outside sink with warm water suitable for washing dishes.
Thanks

Can I book a vip cabin with my assistance dog?
metalfury
Reading, UK5 contributions
Unfortunately we are unable to allow dogs in the VIP or Deluxe wigwams. This is due to the risks associated with the cliff edge location and the lack of suitable toilet areas around these cabins.
Dogs can stay in the standard wigwam cabins away from the cliff.
