We visited Chepstow Castle last month (Jan 2005) and it was quite beautiful. It is located on the banks of the river and has a lovely view. If you happen to be near Chepstow, I would recommend spending an hour walking around the Castle as well as the town. You can also get to Tintern Abbey from Chepstow by taking... more
