Better than your average country house visit. Welcoming and informative guides explain the history well and the whole site is wonderfully clean and welcoming. The only drawback is that it a bit out of the way and there isn't really enough to do to fill a whole day and very few other attractions reasonably nearby.

Maybe I'm prejudiced becaue I hate guided tours and being told what to look at. I thought it was expensive for what it was.
