Good food, well cooked with excellent service. Wish they had a bigger choice of real ales.

We just had lunch in the bar but the atmosphere and staff were very friendly and the views terrific - almost made me want to play golf!

Lovely golf club, very welcoming staff - great family run club. Food is fabulous. Lovely lodges in the woodland for those wanting to make a holiday out of it.

Neither of us are golfers but we had heard all about the food served here and were not disappointed when we visited.....nothing extraordinary....but nevertheless good value for money..! The service could be improved upon but then that can probably be said about most "club" type environments where their culinary delights are secondary to the main activities...!!!!!

My wife and some family ate here and I would put this down as one of the best meals I have ever had! The waitress and bar were polite and professional. But the food was simply delicious. Booked a table for a meal with family and friends. Lovely varied menu. It was a beautiful summers night and the setting was beautiful. The restaurant was busy, perhaps that is why the staff were grumpy, such a shame why don't we do good service in this country?

Great food and a great golf course ollie and James are great pros
