Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very good couple of hours spent on a Sunday afternoon, would recommend it to people, and I'm not really into motorbikes but I enjoyed it.

Me and my partner visited here for part of our anniversary trip in London back in April 2017 - wide selection of cars really enjoyed looking around and admiring them it was initially for the husband lol but i think i enjoyed this experience more then him. There is parking available in there car park but also off road too. By reading some of the reviews sad to see it go bust!!

I’ve taken my niece and nephew there and they loved it.The cars were great and it’s very spacious so the could run around as well. We’ve spend nearly three hours as they kept on going back to their favourite ones. It’s on the outskirts of London and a bit pricey if you cannot get any offer on the entrance fee but very much worth it as there’s no other place that has so many movie cars.

We had a great day out with the kids and learnt a lot about different cars plus saw a lot of vintage cars that were invented during the last couple of decades

Can’t pay? They took it all away!! We bought tickets to go and see this museum with our kids from Groupon at a reduced rate, to find the gates padlocked and civil enforcement notice on the gate!
Yet they are still selling tickets!!! See photograph!
Please do not waste your time or money

Me and my brother had a London Pass so the entrance was free. However I was mortified to experience such a place.
1. Its name is a complete LIE. Its not in London. Its in Hayes (a ghetto industrial area)
2. 30£ per person entance fee?!! (I paid less to visit Windsor Castle!! A royal family CASTLE)
3. Place is a dump, old, smelly warehouse full of junkyard cars, riced up cars with ghetoo rims, and FAKE CARS!! (Dont let the appearances fool you. The “good expensive cars” are cheap car kit replicas.
4. Staff was disinterested
5. Entire thing took less than 10min
Which ever organisation controls “LONDON PASS” scheme needs to take this “museum” out of its plan & partnership.
How is it that this passed the selection?
Seriously it such a hastle to get to it and its in an genuine sketchy area (even by UK/London standards).
Please for the love of god DONT GO HERE!!
If you feel like wasting 30£ consider:
1. Using it to light up a cigar for a cool instagram photo
2. Giving it to a homeless person/some charity
3. Donating it to a foundation that I will start to help people that developed PTSD from coming here in the first place.
P.s- LONDON PASS people should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this “museum” to be part of their otherwise perfect repertoire of sites and locations. They should send a surprise inspection to this place and remove it from the tourist map!!
