Have never used a tour company before but Milestones exceeded our expectations. We have just returned from South Africa with them and evrything worked out perfectly. Taxis turned up on time. Guides arrived on time confirming details the night before. Could not have been better organised. Very impressed will use them again.

I would not recommend Milestones unfortunately.
