Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited as part of our mums hen do and she was 70! Staff were amazing, if you didn’t want to take part you could watch. Really good fun but wear comfy clothes as you need to climb up and in the cars 😁. Would recommend

Food on site reasonably charged and the simulators were really good fun. Sadly most people in our mixed group cheated by not driving the circuit properly but if you just race against the people you've gone with really good fun. Simulators themselves are very good and fitted me (6ft5, 19 stone) comfortably.

Let’s Race - F1 simulators. Fantastic!
I visited several times in the past 3 years. The sims are designed to mimic single-seater cockpits with their driving position, chassis vibration, motion under cornering, braking and gear-changes and variable steering resistance (felt quite different to a single seater I once drove at Mallory Park). I believe that the software platform was rFactor. Really good experience- everybody should have a go if they like driving, F1 (other cars were available) or want to improve their track driving skills.

When you booked an experience with a telemetry review, I found the staff helpful and they really did contribute to my development.

I was disappointed recently to find that their online-booking system was down, so when I called-in I was told that the company is trying to sell the simulators and no more bookings were being taken. This is a real shame and I hope that their virtual golf venture goes well for them.

However I really hope for some more race sims too.... I think that the virtual racing world has also changed significantly with the rise of eSports. Perhaps Let’s Race could host an eSports centre or race team.

Birthday gift (vouchers) that took a while to get around to using but really glad we did. Very well organised and professional. Ladies, best to wear trainers. Staff were friendly and welcoming showing a lot of patience when explaining everything. I liked the fact that you got a print out of your lap times to compare with those you were racing against/with. There's a seating/social area for whilst you're waiting or for afterwards. A fun evening had by all. Recommend.

had to wait awhile for staff to come and see to us, told us where to go and gave a briefing on equipment, definitely not the driving experience promised on the website. Software was very poor and graphics were of a poor quality,
Nowhere near as good as a ps4 or Xbox one, the simulator seats were hard plastic and very uncomfortable. Would definitely not go back.

Granted I would not have been able to drive afterward. But I didn't get to drive at lets race either. Plus I would not have filled a form in and had a stand u row about getting my money back for a service I did not receive. Funny thing is, I drive past the place regularly to and from my house. And I will continue to drive past.

Unfortunately we were let down by Lets Race as we had booked the experience for 10 people and only 9 cars were working. This meant we had to spilt our group up to go with other people which really detracted from the experience. During group ones qualify, one of the cars shut down so we had to move cars. During the race one of the cars accelerator was stuck on, meaning we could do nothing but speed along. One of the cars had a steering issue. And despite the best efforts of the guy there, he couldn't seem to fix these things. Our experience was meant to last an hour, but due to having to spilt up, this was more than double by the time we got out. We should have been informed prior to arriving that one of the cars were not working.

We arrived 30 mins early as requested, read and filled out a form that takes no more than 5 mins for 8 of us.... now have to wait until the sessions starts... starts late.

Qualifying starts. I can only select reverse and reverse to the back of my garage. Guy comes to look, fiddles about, can go up gears and get out on track... now I can't go down gears. Get swapped to a different car. Get out on track - can't turn the speed limiter off. Man comes over turns speed limiter off... but now I can't change gear again so I get set to automatic. This would have been fine except when I find myself perpendicular to a wall and need to select reverse. I eventually managed to get it going but a lot of time wasted. Learnt later that the break peddle was also broken.

Meant to get telemetry and coached... didn't happen, just had to wait around for ages until called back in. We got bored of waiting and went back in ourselves at about 20 past 12... 20 minutes after we were supposed to have ended the whole experience. They got us into the cars and we had to wait in them for about another 10-15 mins before the race actually started. I couldn't use my flappy paddle gears so they programmed it so I could use buttons on the steering wheel to do it instead. The buttons only worked half the time and I ended up spinning out a lot as had to adjust my hand position to push the button to change down gears at corners and couldn't physically change gears during the corners. Half way through the race my friend ends up in a "forest" so the whole race had to be restarted.

Overall a really rubbish experience I did not enjoy at all and left very frustrated one hour and ten minutes after we should have finished having not got all the experience we paid for let alone the awful glitchy equipment. If looking for a racing experience I would recommend avoiding this place and going go-karting instead.

As a passionate Motorsport fan (especially F1), I couldn't miss this opportunity. There are a total of 10 racing simulator pods. At the time I went 2 of them were not functional, and the steering wheel of my simulator was not working properly, bit it was promptly changed. It was a nice experience
