As all the plants are in flower at the moment a visit to Kew is amazing but I don't think its worth the cost of daily entrance (we have a season ticket). If you get away from the main area its gets less busy. We don't eat in the cafe anymore as too expensive for the quality. If you pop... More

This enormous and splendid garden is full of delights, from breathtaking glass houses, to swathes of bluebells in long grass beneath trees. It will take many visits to savour all its delights, and I look forward to coming again.

Kew Gardens is always a lovely day out what ever the weather but in the sunshine it is fantastic. Take a picnic or use the restaurants (not too pricey) for a relaxing day. It's big enough for you to find your own space....just be careful of the goose poop! Kids are free up-to 14 I think so not too expensive.

You can spend hours here but you really need half decent weather. We where lucky enough to get that & it is so much bigger than i ecpected. Top tip is to go by train & use the National Rail 2-4-1 vouchers. Leaflets are at all manned train stations in the UK.

Wonderful place. Spent a whole day and still feel as if I haven't seen most of it. It is comparable to Lost Gardens of Heligan considering it's located in one of the most populated cities on earth. A haven away from all the London smog and hectic pace. I would advise that anyone going packs lunch. There are plenty of... More

It was a piece of heaven. So exotic and colourful. It wasn't a sunny day, but all the beautiful flowers and trees made it shiny. Six hours weren't enough to visit all the area.

I was actually born in Kew in Surrey in the 50's and spent huge amounts of time in Kew Gardens as my Grandfather was a gardener there. It is a fabulous garden to visit and gets better every year. You dont have to be a fanatical gardener to enjoy it, as there are so many things to enjoy, whether it... More
