We live in Malta and decided to visit the Falconry Centre as an alternative to the more popular kids attractions on the island. Initially we were unsure of what to expect or whether we'll enjoy it - us parents not being too much fanatic of birds in the first place. But we were surely not disappointed. The place is off... Me and my 8 years old daughter arrived to the falconry centre after reading a publication. It seemed a little off the beaten track so I decided not to go. As I found that the malta sightseeing hop on hop off bus has a bus stop in the centre we decided to go. My daughter was excited it was her... More

Since we have a fondness for birds of prey it's nice to see a place like this where the birds are obviously loved and cared for. We have flown Harris hawks in Ireland on several occasions and just had to pay this centre a visit. The owner introduced us to the birds and we were able to have one-to-one contact... More

Absolutely amazing. Went as a family, we just turned up and happened to be the only people visiting at that time. We were taken round by the lady that runs the place, she spent time with each type of bird giving us information about it. We all got a chance to hold and stroke several types of owl and a... More

This centre is a lovely family run collection of Birds of Prey. The day we visited there was a school party there but this didn't spoil our visit, plenty of space and good supervision by teachers. The owner and her son were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of their birds. There was a flying display at 1100 which was personal,... More
