Take your camera, a hat and comfortable walking shoes. Do some research beforehand. Wonderful site with views to the ocean. Doric temples in good condition although you can only view them from outside. Don't forget to take note of the vegetation as you do the walk. more

Nothing can prepare you for the sight of these magnificent ruins. They are just simply massive! It was not especially crowded. I recommend hiring a guide - I believe our hotel recommended our guide - which was money well spent. These temples are far better preserved than the ones in Greece. Enjoy! more
