We had a great round of golf at the Menaggio Golf Club. The club house is exquisite with old world, slightly British, charm. There is a giant window overlooking Lake Como. The red wine they served at the bar was outstanding.

Played the course in July 2011. Very tight but a good test of whether you can hit the ball straight. Welcoming to visitors. Buggy recommended this is a course carved out of a steep hillside. Well worth the effort.

Never play this golf course unless you want to be seriously depressed.
