we really enjoyed the day trip at the emerald grotto. The colour of the sea was amazing and we even got the chance to swim inside the cave. Highly recommended place to visit. More

Didn't love sharing a boat with a bunch of strangers vs the more intimate experience at the Blue Grotto but, still enjoyed the beauty inside. Brilliant green colors and formations, minus the one cheesy man-made underwater attraction toward the end. Could have lived wo the serenade too but honestly, who cares. You're in Italy. Have fun! Overall, worthwhile to see... More

I guess it is the same than gruta azurra it was closed, also happens the same with gruta azurra, or blue grove in Capri I went inside only when water level goes down, and let little boats to get in it is very nice, bright water More

Beautiful and enigmatic but you very small. The guide tries to make it more interesting and longer but it felt like if they were trying to tour you around your hotel room. Also, if you use public transportation you risk being stranded as buses are not very regular and as this is not a main stop they usually come full,... More

This is something our driver recommended that we stop to see -- we could have easily skipped it and not regretted it. It is a tiny little cave, not very dramatic, and was not, we felt, worth the time we spent on it. More

On our visit to Capri we considered seeing the Blue Grotto but weather wouldn't allow it. We were disappointed but chalked it up to mother nature not coorperating. The following day on our drive along the Amalfi Coast our driver let us stop by for a short visit to the Emerald Grotto. First, remember that we had nothing to compare... More

We took an hour long boat ride to see the grotto in 2 minutes or less ... It's literally a dark cave with one corner of light reflected in the water. The boat ride was worth every minute, the grotto was not. More
