helpful , friendly, good driving skills, punctual. gave nice suggestions about sideseeing ideas but when we called to ask some questions they hung up on us not understanding what we were saying.

We had a mini bus with driver for the day, very accommodating and was able to see Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Pompeii in one day.
