My husband (who isn't a fan of strolling through gardens) even loved it! We had perfect weather and really enjoyed seeing the entire Amalfi Coast from the Infinity Terrace. This villa (turned hotel) has a lovely manicured expansive garden. The views looking out in every direction are amazing.

Lovely gardens. Take a picnic and spend the day there - lots of little nooks and crannies to hide and sit in. There is a restaurant and tea garden but they're quite pricey. The view from the terrace is the one in everyone's holiday snaps - absolutely gorgeous!

Villa Cimbrone is about a 15-minute walk from the main square in Ravello and its gardens are a haven of shady peace away from the hustle, bustle and tourism of Amalfi down below.

Lovely gardens developed by the English - some claim to Vita Sackville West visiting the owner. A very pleasant couple of hours walking around.

Lots to see in villa Cimbrone gardens. Lovely vegetation, old statues, sweet smelling heritage roses, terrace of infinity... a must!

Very beautiful gardens with some amazing views. There is not a whole lot in Ravello, so take the time to walk through here and get some great photos of the Amalfi Coast.
If you are not prone to walking or taking the bus up to Ravello, Villa Cimbrone does have a helicopter pad if you have a spare helicopter laying...

You mustn't miss Villa Cimbrone. It's incredibly beautiful and romantic. The gardens around it are stunning. It's a bit of a climb and somewhat of a mystery to find from the square (maybe 15 minutes walk) but worth every step! Take your camera of course! It would be a WONDERFUL place for a family photo engagement photos... It's open til...

Villa Cimbrone dates back to the 11th Century AD. It is in the town of Ravello which is about 1/2 drive up the mountains from Positano. The Villa is magnificent, the gardens fabulous but the most wonderful sight and surprise was when you walk out to the Belvedere (on the cliff edge). I was met with a wonderful azure sky...
