This team building experience for University nursing students was one of the best for shopping in the markets for fresh, natural ingredients then cooking as if you are French. This cooking school was prompt with emails and recommendations, met us on the train platform for our day, and taught us about regional French diets and health. Wonderful - Merci!

I greatly enjoyed the cooking class. The kitchen was well-appointed. The veal stew with preserved lemons and the tomato/onion/parmesan layered tart was delicious. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class at Marguerite's. Classes are taught in a beautiful, spacious kitchen. Sylvie, our instructor, was fluent in English, and her sunny personality made the class a delightful experience. The meal we prepared was delicious. We can't wait to try it at home!

Very pleasant experience - market trip very interesting and colourful, cooking class uncomplicated and fun. Sylvie showed us lots of tricks, down to haggling with the butcher - definitely not the usual tourist this to do. I felt very lucky to be invited into someone's home to share this experience.
