We had an all day (9-6:30) tour including Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, a winery and through the surrounding countryside. We had a private tour for two. It was excellent. In June 2010 we booked a tour to Carcassonne. Anne-Laure collected us from our hotel and gave us an amazing tour in fluent English of olive production, the history of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and so many other fascinating facts of this part of France.
