A beautiful buidling and well worth a visit. Interesting memorial plaques for Canadian and Australian forces from WW1. The interior is wonderfully light, even on a dull day.

Have visited a couple of times. Extremely interesting, although very cold in winter.
the sheer scale of what was built with Middle Ages skills is awesome. How was some constructed without cranes? The inside on the other hand was underwhelming. Rather grey and feeling unloved. Lots of dust. No clergy to be seen. No admission fee and no general donations box towards upkeep.
The sheer scale of the cathedral and the fantastic stained glass windows take your breath away.

We were told this is a place to see, so we took a detour on a trip from Brussels to Paris on the last day of our vacation. Wow, were we glad we did, but wish we would have had more time. They close at 6 pm. I believe it is the tallest interior of the gothic cathedrals, and viewing...

Largest Cathedral in France. This is just breathtaking. Remarkably well restored/maintained, this UNESCO World Heritage site is well worth the trip. Sheer size of this building is just amazing.
