It is easily reachable from Geneva and you don't have to stay in traffic forever in the weekends.
Great for experienced skiers but challenging for those who just make it into intermediate category. The next resort of Grand Bornand has a more varied range of slopes and some fantastic eating places with spectacular mountain views.
Only 1 hour from Geneva and lots of different runs. Everyone I mention La Clusaz to has never heard of it, hence no queues and lots of skiing!
Easy to get to from Geneva airport. Authentic French, not over crowded with English tourists.
I liked to stay away from the village. No cars no discomusic. Very relaxing. I disliked the crowded self service lunch places except one. However we found every day places with good service to the tables.
Pretty village, easy transfer from Geneva, snow conditions good this year. Good mix of nationalities - not all Brits.
This area has bags of character and some great skiing

Brilliant place to go with a great selection of skiing areas, great restaurants and no queues. Typical pretty fench village and great people in the shops and bars.
