Even in the clouds we had a great time. Cannot simply wait to see what the mountains look like without the fog the NH is famous for!

Plenty of skiing opportunities and great for walking during the summer. There are restaurants at each cable car station, both serving hot food and drinks.

Foa a foreigner in Germany, a GPS would be the most helpful if you are renting a car right from the airport. Following the GPS to Oberstdorf is easy and once you are at Oberstdorf, just follow the sign boards to the Nebelhorn. It was only my second time skiing but after a few lessons I was taken to the Nebelhorn and it was great fun (except the Black slope :)). Have already booked to go back again next year and plan to finish it, or at least try.
