Former Government building, mid 16th century. Three decorative Renaissance turrets, facade with kurbayerisch weapon (mid 18th century). Administrative centre of the Rentamt, until 1802 Prince-electoral Government building, 1877 to 1934 along with House Nr. 109 Royal study seminar. Serves at present the town hall and municipal library.
