We took a day trip to visit the castle since we were staying across the river it seems to be a must to visit the tourist spots around.
We were quite disappointing with the interior of the castle as we were only allowed to visit one floor. The gardens around castle compound was not spectacular either, neither was the exhibits...

There is an admission fee to the castle at 6 Euros. The building was renovated and it looks great. The view from the castle of the city of Bonn, of the Rhine and the Post Tower is great. Apart from that there's nothing much to see here. With the entry fee, you are only allowed to visit a limited number...
