We sent our bag ahead from Kandersteg to Leukerbad and hiked the Gemmi to the top of the pass and took the gondola down to Leukerbad. This is an easy and interesting hike. The area is very different from the area around Kandersteg. It seems arid and the landscape is rather dramatic. We saw a young weasel at the Daubensee...
