Likes: Liked the space, it was so big and lots of play areas dotted around the park. Food available was superb as was the bar area which supplied shelter from the sun. Dislikes: Toilet cues and food queues horrendous and did feel that people were a bit pushy shovey but this did not spoil it it's just a bit of... More

My kids love Zoos and this one is the best I have seen outside of the top US ones - deceptively big with really nice layout - if you like Zoos, you will (almost certainly!) love this one.

We have been twice and the first time was in Summer; it was fantastic. It's such an open space/place and room for animals. You can even touch the giraffes, if you want! All is very well maintained. The sea lion's show is a must, especially for children. Enough places to sit down and toilets. However.....out of season, in winter we... More

Our second visit to this attraction and highly recommend. All the enclosures work well (especially the Gorilla/Apes) and the guided walk through really helps. Best bit though is buying the popcorn and feeding the large animals - elephants/giraffes/zebra/ostrich and goats all eager for attention. Truly wonderful for the children. Emphasis too on conservation and successful breeding programmes. Best to take... More

Went here last week with my husband (on our first anniversary) and had a really great day. It cost 15 euros each. Loved feeding the animals with popcorn, especially the giraffes and elephants (bag cost 2.5 euros inside the main gates or from the shop by the bar/restaurant. Im not a maddive fan of zoos (cruelty etc) but we were... More

Had a lovely day out at this zoo. Great value for money. Large zoo with lots to see. The animals looked happy enough with well thought out enclosures so please don't judge the zoo by those reviews left saying that the animals are suffering because this is not what I saw. Highlights of my visit were feeding the giraffes, elephants... More

Great, full day out. Most of the animals are in really good enclosures and many are breeding (always a good sign). Sealion and Parrot shows good, and not overly exploitative but nothing special. Food reasonably priced for such an establishment. Guide book worth purchasing. Only animals I thought distressed were one elderly elephant and a polar bear... both engaged in... More

We went here a week ago. It cost 52euro for 2 adults & 2 kids. Firstly, don't bother trying to find a parking space on the raod outside, carry on up to the roundabout where the zoo car park is sign posted. The road doubles back on itself & you can park right next to the zoo, & it's free.... More

We holiday in France every year as we have young children and I think the zoo is amazing. The zoo works with the conservation of threatened species and we always see newborn animals when we visit so the animals are obviously happy and content. You can get up close and personally with elephants, giraffes and there is a petting area... More
